Of course I don't expect top quality and high durability from hobby tools for occasional use. But everything should have its limits. A new product should definitely not have corrosion on the steel parts. A fast disc would need a more precise production of the centre hole so that it could be centred before the grinder was started. Either he's throwing radially or he's stalking. Straightening takes time and too much eccentricity can mar the flimsy, cheap design of the grinder. At the very least, it makes noise and moves small tools around the table. It would be advisable to roughen the pad, which serves as a support for the workpiece on the fast disc, on the side of the contact with the painted holder, so that it does not slip on the paint. It should not rock, otherwise we will grind the backrest and the workpiece. The spark arrestor and the Plexi cover holder should be attached with at least two screws or otherwise fixed. That way it spins around a single screw and every time the operator trips the cover, the trap will grind and generate sparks instead of catching them! In the manual there is an assembly drawing for the disc only. There is no drawing of the assembly of the parts, which the customer has to assemble himself after unpacking. Not every user is a locksmith. To increase service life, I recommend checking the slow disc worm gearbox regularly and cleaning and lubricating with new grease (petroleum jelly) as needed. Check the gearbox cover - it has to be flush all the way around to prevent dust from getting in!
