Return unwanted goods to us and we will immediately send you a refund, which you can utilize for other products.
The cost of the service depends on the price of the goods and the fee always constitues a fixed fraction of the price. In most cases, it is 7% of the product price.
*The service does not affect the right of withdrawal granted under Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.

The service can only be purchased before, or on the day that goods are received.

Can I unpack and test the product?
Yes, excluding products from the Health & Beauty category, such as shavers, epilators, toothbrushes, etc. However, you must return products in their original packaging.

When is the refund period valid?
The service is valid for 60 days from the date you received the goods for which you purchased the service. The period is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of order.
