Complaints or returns? Easy - through AlzaBox

From now on you can return products or even file a complaint through AlzaBox. Just as easily as you are used to it when picking up your package.

So how does this work?

  1. File a complaint through your online account.
  2. Indicate the case number on the package.
  3. Hit the "Send" button on any AlzaBox screen, enter the case number of the complaint and put the package into the open box.
  4. And, you are done!

The only restriction is the package size. 

The boxes are not inflatable - so the maximum size of a package placable in an AlzaBox is 43 x 33 x 57 cm. Based on the package size, the proper AlzaBox opens automatically. You can open a larger box if the package cannot fit into the one that opened.


Returns and complaints through AlzaBox are free

You do not have to worry about further expenses. The most costly thing is your time, and we also reduced it for you to a minimum level - you will not spend more than 30 seconds at the AlzaBox.


You can place a package in the AlzaBox any time

Most of AlzaBox users love the flexibility of the boxes since they can pick up their package whenever they want. The same flexibility applies to returns and complaints.
