How does AlzaDrive work?

Order in the usual way
Order from Alza.hu in the usual way. When choosing the delivery method, select the AlzaDrive pickup point option.

Wait for the confirmation text message
Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you a text message to confirm, and you can go pick up your order.

Come to the AlzaDrive pickup point
Once you arrive, enter your order number at the first station, and if you haven't paid for your order yet, you can do so here using your payment card. Don't forget to pick up your receipt.

Pick up your order
When your order is ready to be picked up, proceed to the second station and conveniently pick up your order.

Is the product in stock? Then your pickup is free
If the product you have ordered is in stock at the AlzaDrive pickup point of your choice, the pickup is free of charge. Otherwise, the pickup fee is HUF 1400.

You don't even have to get out of your car during the pickup.

FAQ
If the product is in stock at the pickup point of your choice, the pickup is free of charge.
How can I find out which products are in stock? Just select the AlzaDrive point you want to buy from, and you will only see the products in stock at that point: Products in stock.
The maximum allowed vehicle height is 2,7 metres, and the maximum width is 2,3 metres.
AlzaDrive cannot be used for orders with instalment payments. But, of course, you can pick up these orders in our shop.
It's up to you whether you pay for your order by card or by instalments. We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club .
To maintain the speed of the pickup, we regret to inform you that we do not allow cash payment.
It is not possible to make a complaint in AlzaDrive, but we are happy to help you in our shop.
AlzaDrive is open from 8:00 to 20:00, including Saturdays and Sundays. Opening hours may vary during public holidays. For more information on current opening hours, please visit the shop page.
