Receiving damaged goods means that you receive an order with damaged transport or cover material and the product inside is damaged. This includes damaged products inside the package although the package is intact.
For example:
The courier had delivered a microwave. Upon collection, you checked the packaging and you did not find any damage but at home after opening the package, you found out that the glass in the door was broken.
OR
You had picked up your new fridge and at home, you opened the parcel and noticed that the left side of the fridge is dented.
What to do now?
We would like to apologise if your order has been damaged during transport.
You can solve this situation in 2 ways:
Call our customer service at 06-1-701-1111 which is available between 8:00 and 20:00 and describe the issue to us. Please prepare photos of the damaged goods.
Fill out the form below with all the details and attach the photos of the damaged goods. Tell us what the damage is in as much detail as possible and whether you tried to solve this situation during pickup (for example by filing a complaint with the carrier). Please tell us how you would like your complaint to be resolved (for example by receiving a new product).
How to take the photos?
Please take a photo of:
- Transport packaging (from all sides and with details of the damaged areas)
- Filling of the package (details of the damaged areas)
- Signs like "fragile", "do not tilt" etc.
- Damaged goods from all sides so that the whole product can be seen in one picture (details of the damaged areas as well)
What is going to happen next?
We will contact you with our proposal for a solution. Please bear in mind that we cannot solve your claim without any photos showing the damage. The sooner you send us the documentation we need, the sooner we can solve your claim.
