Check the dimensions

Before ordering, check the size of the product, the width of your doors, corridors, etc. to make sure the courier can bring in the appliance safely.

Wait for the SMS

AlzaExpres will inform you by SMS on the day of delivery to let you know when the product will be delivered.

The courier will contact you

Once AlzaExpres couriers are on their way, they will contact you by phone.

Prepare the area for free passage

Remove anything that could be in the way and clear the path.

Cover the floor

If you have wooden floor, we recommend covering it, for example with cardboard, to avoid damage.

Can you really take the device up to the 12th floor?

Yes. Our two-man courier team will deliver the product to your home and place it where you want it (this applies to deliveries to a private home or to business premises).

Are there cases, when the couriers will not be able to deliver the goods to the first door with a proper lock?

As part of this service, we will do our best to deliver the goods. However, there are exceptional cases where this is not possible. For example, steep or narrow stairs, unpaved (muddy) roads, slippery terrain, etc.

Is it safe to transport goods using this service?

Yes, security is essential for us. We follow the current hygiene measures of the government, the Ministry of Health and the regional health institutes, and we also use our common sense.

What should I do if I have a complaint regarding a service?

We strive to provide the best service, but we understand that there may still be grounds for complaint. Did you only discover the package was damaged after you had picked it up and the courier had already left? Are you dissatisfied with the installation of your device or the couriers' behaviour? In this case, please contact us at contact form or via customer service.

Installation of free-standing electrical equipment

What does the service contain?

  • The couriers will immediately unpack the device and take away the packaging materials. Only the water supply, energy supply and waste water pipe need to be prepared.
  • This service is only available for free-standing appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer).
  • If you buy built-in appliances, the couriers "will only" unpack the product and take away the packaging material.

Before the courier arrives and start installing the appliance, please make sure that:

  • Electricity, water and waste water pipe are provided.
  • The connecting elements are compatible with the appliance you have purchased.
  • The appliance you have purchased will fit in the designated place.
  • It is not possible to place the washing machine and tumble dryer on top of each other, unless the original stacking kit is available on site and it does not need drilling. Otherwise stacking is not possible.

Removal of the old appliances

What does the service contain?

  • If you want, our couriers will take away your old device immediately (this applies to all delivery methods).

Before the couriers arrive and install your device, please make sure that:

  • The old appliance is disconnected, clean and all accessories are available.
  • Washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, fridges or freezers have also been dried and defrosted.
  • The device must not contain water.
