How to prepare for the arrival of your appliance?
Check the dimensions
Before ordering, check the size of the product, the width of your doors, corridors, etc. to make sure the courier can bring in the appliance safely.
Wait for the SMS
AlzaExpres will inform you by SMS on the day of delivery to let you know when the product will be delivered.
The courier will contact you
Once AlzaExpres couriers are on their way, they will contact you by phone.
Prepare the area for free passage
Remove anything that could be in the way and clear the path.
Cover the floor
If you have wooden floor, we recommend covering it, for example with cardboard, to avoid damage.
Check the packaging

Our "Basic installation service for free-standing electrical appliances" service can be used along with the following appliances
The basic installation service for a refrigerator includes the following:
- The couriers unpack the fridge and take away he packaging material immediately.
- They place the fridge in the place of your choice.
- They level the refrigerator (using stabilizing legs).
- American refrigerators: installation as above, plus it is connected to the water system (for the ice maker).
The basic installation cannot be performed in the following cases:
- If there is no available outlet nearby and/or the power cord is not long enough.
- If the floor is very uneven (in this case the unit cannot be levelled).
- The product cannot be placed in the designated place.
- If you do not wish to use the installation service.
- During installation we do not make any structural modifications, drilling/cutting into walls, wood or other materials.
- Please note: changing the direction of the refrigerator door opening is not part of the basic installation service.
The basic installation service of the washing machine includes the following:
- The couriers unpack the washing machine and take away the packaging immediately.
- The washing machine is placed in the place of your choice.
- The washing machine is levelled (using stabilising legs).
- The fixing screws are removed.
- The washing machine is connected to the water supply and the waste water pipe.
- Switch on a quick program, run it and check that there are no leaks.
The basic installation service cannot be performed in the following cases:
- If the water supply or waste water pipe is not provided, or is more than 1,5 m away.
- If there is no electrical outlet nearby, and/or the power cord is not long enough.
- If the floor is very uneven (it is not possible to level the appliance).
- If the product cannot be placed where you have planned.
- If you do not wish to use the basic installation service.

- The dryer is levelled (with the help of stabilising legs).
- The tumble dryer is connected to the waste water pipe.
- If you have purchased a set on Alza.hu, you will receive a complete installation (washing machine, connecting element and tumble dryer).
- If you have certain parts that you didn't buy from Alza.hu, we will install the appliance if they fit properly and no drilling is required. If not, due to the risk of voiding the warranty, the set will not be installed.

- If you do not wish to use the installation service.
- If the appliance needs a three-phase system for the oven or hob.
- If professional, expert installation is required to install the gas or electrical appliances.
- During installation, we do not make any structural modifications, drilling/cutting into walls, wood or other materials.
The basic installation of the TV set includes the following:
- Unpack the TV and take away the packaging.
- TV stand installation.
- Placing the TV in the location of your choice.
- Connecting and basic installation of programs.
The basic installation service cannot be performed if:
- The product cannot be delivered to the destination you have specified.
- If you do not wish to use the installation service.
- During installation, we do not make any structural modifications, drilling/cutting into walls, wood or other materials.
- The service does not include the installation of a set-top box or antenna.
- Attention: Between 1st November and 1st April, TVs will not be switched on during installation due to low outside temperatures. The television needs to warm up to room temperature, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the TV set.
Frequently asked questions
Can you really take the device up to the 12th floor?
Yes. Our two-man courier team will deliver the product to your home and place it where you want it (this applies to deliveries to a private home or to business premises).
Are there cases, when the couriers will not be able to deliver the goods to the first door with a proper lock?
As part of this service, we will do our best to deliver the goods. However, there are exceptional cases where this is not possible. For example, steep or narrow stairs, unpaved (muddy) roads, slippery terrain, etc.
Is it safe to transport goods using this service?
Yes, security is essential for us. We follow the current hygiene measures of the government, the Ministry of Health and the regional health institutes, and we also use our common sense.
What should I do if I have a complaint regarding a service?
We strive to provide the best service, but we understand that there may still be grounds for complaint. Did you only discover the package was damaged after you had picked it up and the courier had already left? Are you dissatisfied with the installation of your device or the couriers' behaviour? In this case, please contact us at contact form or via customer service.

What does the service contain?
- The couriers will immediately unpack the device and take away the packaging materials. Only the water supply, energy supply and waste water pipe need to be prepared.
- This service is only available for free-standing appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer).
- If you buy built-in appliances, the couriers "will only" unpack the product and take away the packaging material.
Before the courier arrives and start installing the appliance, please make sure that:
- Electricity, water and waste water pipe are provided.
- The connecting elements are compatible with the appliance you have purchased.
- The appliance you have purchased will fit in the designated place.
- It is not possible to place the washing machine and tumble dryer on top of each other, unless the original stacking kit is available on site and it does not need drilling. Otherwise stacking is not possible.

What does the service contain?
- If you want, our couriers will take away your old device immediately (this applies to all delivery methods).
Before the couriers arrive and install your device, please make sure that:
- The old appliance is disconnected, clean and all accessories are available.
- Washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, fridges or freezers have also been dried and defrosted.
- The device must not contain water.
