Heat-sensitive modeling clay

Heat-sensitive modeling clay is a special type of modeling material characterized by its ability to change color depending on the temperature. The color change is most often triggered by the warmth of human hands while working with the material. In places where you touch or knead the material, the original shade changes to a different one. This phenomenon is called "thermochromism" and is reversible. This means that as soon as the clay cools down to room temperature again, it returns to its original color. Thanks to this property, it is possible to create interesting color effects and transitions, such as leaving colored fingerprints on the surface of the product. In other respects, it retains the properties of classic modeling clay – it is malleable, easy to work with, and allows for repeated use.
