How does the Klarna service work?
Klarna is a new payment option on Alza, through which you can pay safely and quickly for products you purchase from us. It’s up to you whether you want to pay immediately, within 30 days, or in 3 installments. Whichever option you choose, Klarna’s buyer protection policies apply to you, and your personal data is carefully protected against misuse. How can I pay with Klarna?
- On our website or in our mobile app, select the desired product as usual
- Add the selected products to your cart, and once everything is in, proceed to the next step – payment methods
- At this step, choose Klarna as your payment method (you can choose between two options: pay now or pay later via invoice), then you will be redirected to Klarna’s website where you complete the payment
- The pay now option allows you to pay instantly via bank transfer, direct debit, or with a credit/debit card
- With deferred payment, you can choose a 30-day payment period. You can conveniently pay the invoice online or in the Klarna mobile app
- If you want to return a product, you can mark the returned items in the Klarna app, which pauses the payment process until we process your withdrawal request. Klarna will update your invoice once we receive the goods.

My order has not been delivered. What happens to my payment?
Please follow the steps below:

Make sure you haven’t missed any notifications from the courier service.
2.
Use the tracking number we provided to check the current status of your package. If your order truly has not been delivered, contact us so we can clarify the situation together.
3.
After contacting us, report the issue in the Klarna app as well. Use the "Report a problem" option and select "I did not receive my order".
4.
