On the other hand, I used the 2x2 heat conducting tapes included and the heat is dissipated into the bottom lid of the laptop, as the manufacturer probably intended. The temperature of the SSD has dropped, but after about 15 minutes it is already exceeding 60°C by two or three degrees. This only happens when writing continuously otherwise it is about 45°C in normal use. The situation will probably be different in the summer.
For use in my computer, I would have to grind the aluminum plate by 2mm, so it would be a pig, but the temperature of the ssd disk would be reduced by the claimed 15 degrees.
