A nicely made stand with very good adjustment strength, but it's not suitable for devices with a larger diagonal screen size. I'd say it's ideal for a 13" tablet or for reading books. I wouldn't recommend it for devices with a larger screen (but I haven't tested any sizes other than 17.3"). Anyone who's handy can make two modifications (without altering the existing structure) and the stand will work for 17" laptops with very good stability. I'm using these modifications and everything is fine, I can adjust the notebook to any position.
The stand is nicely made, the arm holds very firmly in the set position, it doesn't slide around the desk easily.
I have a Lenovo ideapad 330 17.3" notebook. This is at the upper limit stated by the seller (the manufacturer states a range of 10–16"). In my opinion, it is unusable in its current state for laptops at the upper end of this size range. The notebook overbalances backwards and tends to tip over the rear edge of the base plate. And if I change the angle to a steeper one, the computer starts to slide over the front retaining clips. The plate also effectively covers the intake vents for the computer's cooling fan.
