I have unfortunately had a very bad experience with the product. Upon delivery and unpacking from the original box, I found that the back of the drum was moldy. The mould did not disappear even after running the first Cotton 90 programme. Unfortunately, the second piece had the same problem, so I didn't even take it over. Apparently, this is not an exception, but rather a systemic problem - at least one other review here mentions mold as well. I also contacted the manufacturer, who told me that the washing machine had probably been out of stock for a long time, and offered me "special cleaning tablets" as a solution to clean the new washing machine myself. Honestly, with a new washing machine for about 20k, this doesn't seem right to me. Alza settled the claim quickly and without any problems, my money was refunded. I ended up buying a washing machine from AEG and it was in perfect condition right out of the box. Although nobody refunded me the money for the shipping of the first two pieces, the main thing is that we're washing again. On paper, this washing machine has great equipment and looks well made. After this experience, I can't recommend it - unless you buy the cleaning tablets straight away, which really shouldn't be necessary with a new appliance.

iDos can only handle very basic content and there is only 1 manual chamber left. If you have hard water, you have to keep an eye on the beginning of the rinse cycle and then manually add vinegar through the drawer.
when washing anything above half a machine, the water saving feature is so aggressive that you likely need to run a separate rinse cycle to get the soap out (I don't use a lot to begin with because I'm allergic)

Great experience so far, we have been washing in it for about 2 weeks. Holds a really large volume of laundry. It's great that I can set my own amount of fabric softener that the machine "takes" from the dispenser. The Pradlo is almost dry when wrung at high speed, so the subsequent drying is very fast. I'm getting familiar with the app and its uses. It reports everything immediately using simple alerts on the display using icons (e.g. decreasing detergent gel level, water supply. etc.) It's practical, intuitive and looks good. For me, I can definitely recommend it.
