The thermostat is not working, we had the heating set to 21st. Even though the room temperature dropped to 17.5C the heater did not switch on. Subsequently, according to the review, we set the thermostat to 23 degrees with the thermostat being off by about 3 degrees. But even that didn't help. The temperature in the room was 19 degrees and the heater didn't turn on anyway.

Nothing significant to me, just trivia: The actual temperature on the display is really only very indicative - empirically so +/- 1,5´C (sensor directly on the device - if you want to measure elsewhere, you need an extension cable). I recommend to keep the brief manual well, as the setup without it is very unintuitive, in fact impossible.
