Massive design
Appearance ok
Interchangeable plates
Cable just right, but may be short for some people if they don't have an outlet close enough
The surface of the plates is great, nothing sticks, hopefully they will last long
The plates are really for American bread, if you use the ones without the divide, the toast won't even connect

So far everything works well, I welcome the interchangeability of the plates and their variability.
The downside is the lack of an on/off switch and could be a longer power cord.
