defective piece - the battery barely lasted 5 hours
long handling of the claim - I bought a bicycle for a holiday, I discovered a problem with the battery during the first long trip. Complaint with Garmin quite quickly (approx. 2 weeks), exchanged for a new piece. However, Alza was not able to deliver a new piece to Alzabox over the next two weeks, despite the fact that I originally selected and inserted the claimed ones from AB without any problems. Later I found out that it didn' t fit in AB because they packed it in a box approx. 30x30 cm and no one even called me to go to the headquarters for it. I called someone with Alzy about this four times, the result was that I went on a cycling vacation without navigation and I picked it up personally upon arrival. Even so, they didn' t have it in the store' s complaints system, and I had to use the complaint number for the operator, who then found the package: -/
At that time, I bought without Topo maps (I thought they give them automatically) - a colleague bought the same model elsewhere with Topo maps. I expected that, due to the long complaint, Alza would at least refurbish me by adding a Topo map (I mentioned it to them in the description of the complaint). Unfortunately - zero empathy - I' m not interested in them as a customer at all, in my opinion they only care about business - I' m done with ALZA, I wanted to buy an expensive gaming PC, but after this experience I' ll give the money to someone else. It' s a shame, I was a happy customer until now, but now I' ve lost and it cost me a lot of nerves
