In my eyes it has no fault, of course you have to take into account that this is practically the ceiling of what you can buy for VR. So the fact that someone complains it has a lower resolution etc. so I don't find it very relevant minus or that it lasts about "only" two hours I also don't find much as a negative aspect, because you can't last much longer anyway, plus it can be solved by putting a powerbank in your pocket and connecting the headset to the cable. As far as comfort goes, I personally don't find it restrictive or bother me, however I would probably recommend buying some better "strap", but it's not a must as some people here write in reviews. Passthrough mode is awesome for me, it's a brutal improvement over Quest 2. The only thing is that the cameras need a lot of light, but the picture is fine for me. Yeah, and as far as the material goes, I have no problem with it, because at least it makes it lighter. Finally, I would just like to say that don't be under any unnecessary illusions, because if anyone thinks this is flawless, they are very wrong. You have to take into account that VR is still very much in development whatever you buy. So you better not have any false illusions about how much top it will be, because you have to take the price into account.

I tried to do a factory reset. I tried multiple audio options from the settings. Tried different troubleshooting steps found on forums. Eventually i returned it, ordered a new one. And it had the same issue. 2 new devices Both with the same issue out of the box. Maybe they need to check the batch of these for some factory defect.
