In the Zalman Z11 case on i7 6700K even at full speed is not audible at all.
Tiny high-efficiency cooler with the option of adding another fan or leaving it on the passive. The very small dimensions guarantee a very pleasant airflow and it fits almost everywhere. It is very far away from the RAMs and heatsinks on the board and nothing is in its way.
Satisfaction so far. It's working great.

relatively small and compact compared to its larger sibling NH D-15
great performance
excellent cooling (handles my i7 7700k - even on overclock)
quiet, I can hear more noise even through a closed plastic window
none so far
I'm thinking about buying another fan, but there are rumours on the net that it doesn't improve cooling dramatically

Best CPU cooler on the market, I use it to cool my i7 7700k
Beautiful design
Quality ribbing and heat dissipation
ArcticCool paste included
Installation instructions for 3 processor types
It's just Noctua ^^
It's a real trick to figure out the airflow according to the installation instructions and point the fan in the right direction based on that
Price, but probably justified by the quality of workmanship and heat dissipation efficiency
