We chose the sock so that the baby could sleep with us in bed, it has a definite advantage over regular pads. It works great, gives peace of mind and with a bit of practice is easy to handle. Unfortunately, the app isn't worth much, so it's basically just an overpriced heart rate monitor. But if, like us, it gives you peace of mind and you want to have your baby with you in bed, it is the best choice despite the disadvantages.
