Always at the interval of 50-70% of the update, the scale turned off and the application reported a failed update. Until the manufacturer software fixes this thing (so that the scale doesn't shut down during a FW update), it's useless. I packed it up and returned it. It may be good but I haven't had a chance to fully test it.
