Unfortunately the first one I had to claim, the thermostat stopped working. Resolved by replacement within 2 working days. When I picked it up I only checked the accessories, which was a mistake, I didn't unpack the whole product. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered that the inner container was mechanically warped and the lid didn't stay on.
