Maximum satisfaction for me, I use this bar for dips, curls and negative push-ups.
The bar must be properly screwed into the door frame at both ends and then the center must be turned so that it holds really firmly - this will take up to 30 seconds.
If you have wider shoulders, try if you can do a wide pull-up in your doorway - if not, you are limited to narrow curls, biceps curls and pull-ups from the ground, dips.

Easy installation
If you don' t screw it up properly, you' re going to lose yourself
You must not have hollow door frames
Your elbows must fit in the door, otherwise you won' t make the fold wide

Cheap
You have to drill into the fenders (otherwise they don't hold)
Even after drilling, it is loosened
