I am very satisfied with the coffee machine. It can make a really good coffee in a short amount of time. The controls are intuitive and simple, so you can get the hang of it quickly. A big plus is also the nice and modern design, which fits into any kitchen. A great coffee machine in my opinion and I definitely recommend it.

Price (I bought it with a 50% discount)
Water tank size
Milk system cleaning
Coffee selection options
Easy to use
The waste water tank needs to be emptied frequently
Small selection of drinks (for the full price of the product)
The water tank is difficult to fit into the coffee machine (there are no guide rails)
Sometimes when I press the start button, the coffee machine just switches off.
The milk probe seems to be made of a cheap material to me.

We bought this as a replacement for a broken high-end Philips model that gave up the ghost after about 3 years (a repair wouldn't have been worth it). After a long selection process between other brands (Krups, DeLonghi), we finally chose this Siemens based on lots of reviews and tests (including international ones), and it was a safe bet. The coffee is luxurious, and operation and cleaning are simple. Nothing more is needed.
Large water tank
Brilliantly designed milk frothing system (including the cleaning).
It makes really high-quality milk foam.
Quick setup for coffee drinks
The settings for each drink are saved from the last time, so you don't have to set them again each time if you're making the same drink repeatedly.
Compared to the competition and our previous coffee machine (a Philips), the coffee, operation and cleaning are a level above.
Quiet
The package doesn't include a water filter, so I recommend buying one at the same time as the coffee machine.
The main display is less legible as it faces straight up on the top edge. Our kitchen counter is higher, so you have to lean over the coffee machine to read it properly.
