Absolute satisfaction. Detailed instructions for the first start-up, as well as subsequent daily use and cleaning. All accessories are included in the box, including a Brita filter (the coffee machine can also be used without it) and a water hardness test strip. Everything is washable with water, and many components are also dishwasher-safe. A large enough water tank and coffee bean hopper. Very quiet in operation, I also appreciate the wide range of settings for individual drinks – from the amount of water to the strength of the drink.

I am very happy with the Siemens EQ500 classic coffee machine. It makes excellent coffee with a rich flavour and crema. I particularly appreciate the simple and intuitive controls, quality build, modern design and easy maintenance. The coffee machine offers great convenience for daily use, and making coffee is quick and easy. For me, it is an excellent balance of price, quality and features. Highly recommended!

Our whole family is happy with this coffee machine. The coffee taste is pleasant, not too acidic, and the foam is nicely frothed. The hot water is also fine, it's more than enough for tea. As for the milk system, I'm very satisfied; thanks to the tube, it draws directly from the bottle and cleans beautifully. It uses coffee beans, but you can also use pre-ground coffee.

The device came in very handy in the boot of the car during a father-child camping holiday. In a campsite, you will especially appreciate its functionality and easy operation. I can also recommend it as a backup coffee machine for home use.

We chose this coffee machine for our home mainly because of the easy maintenance, and so far we're highly satisfied. The grinder is surprisingly quiet, so the morning coffee doesn't wake anyone up. The display is very responsive, you can set everything in just a few clicks, and the coffee is really delicious. What I appreciate the most, though, is the automatic cleaning – right after making a cappuccino, the machine flushes the milk system with hot steam on its own.
The slight downside to all this constant rinsing is that you have to empty the drip tray and refill the smaller water tank a bit more often. For me, it's a reliable machine that makes excellent coffee.
Really quiet ceramic grinder
Excellent and thick milk froth
The coffee machine automatically rinses itself with steam right after milk prep
Due to the frequent self-cleaning, the drip tray fills up faster and you have to top up the water more often. (solved, we just put a mug underneath it.)

Our first coffee machine, so I can't compare differences like speed, noise levels etc. with other models, but for me it's an excellent machine, coffee in just a few clicks and ready in no time, so I highly recommend it.
