when cleaning the milk system, you have to go into the menu, select, and confirm. 5 clicks

Doesn't work, it always does whatever it wants.
Not great for the money.
No matter what I do, it always makes a tiny little coffee. I will be returning it. It's a right piece of junk. DO NOT BUY.

This is our first automatic coffee machine and we 100% didn't put a foot wrong. Super!
An excellent coffee machine with a menu in Czech and simple controls. The milky drinks (Latte, Cappuccino) are faultless.
probably nothing at all

I've only had the coffee machine for a little while, but I'm very satisfied so far. I'm just describing things that might bother someone. After 5 coffees with milk, it signals that the tray is full, which seems quite quick to me. The dangling milk tube? Well, when you go to empty the water or the coffee grounds, you just have to hold it in your other hand or toss it somewhere.
looks very nice
the coffee is excellent
easy operation
milk tube - no need to clean the milk frother
easy cleaning of the milk tube
components are easy to remove and wash
the drip tray fills up quickly when making milky coffees
Steam escapes from around the machine while making coffee – I hope it's nothing serious.
The hose gets in the way when you want to open the device.
