Sleeps, does not mate with ZHA. Although HA sees it, it does not register it in the coordinator. I haven' t tried Z2M. Such comments on Home Assistant pages are very embarrassing, some claim that it works everywhere, some have never paired it. You can' t believe the current statements that it just works with HA. It depends both on the firmware of the coordinator (and newer is not always better - I have already uploaded older ones several times), but also on the device. This is simply HA not responding to the ACK challenge and that' s the end of it. By the way, I recently had a similar experience with Ikea (on the Z2M). The Ikea update firmware has a bug that means that it can no longer be updated and allows the buttons to function as a mesh node = the battery lasts 4 hours. So IKEA made it just an expensive toy to throw away and immediately quietly replaced the model with another one. So, before it happens to you, write off a few batteries. This kind of behavior really sucks.
