The headphones were fine for pure listening/playing. They are comfortable, nice and hold well on the head. They're a little heavier but I don't mind. The only glitch was the microphone. After all the possible settings, nobody heard me anyway (maybe I missed something, I don't know). I would take the headphones purely for listening and in the wireless version (which allows you to set the microphone directly via the GG app).

After putting it on for the first time, I noticed that it was definitely for smaller heads because for how small my head is, it fit right on my head. As for the sound, I would say that even the previous headphones(which are still functional) from Sadesky for 700 has better sound than this Steelseries model for 1700. It's mostly lacking bass, so I don't enjoy music like I used to(at least I have other headphones for that). I think the microphone is good and it detects my breathing, so that's fine. I have nothing to say about rubber wires at this price tag. Someone could also get caught on the word ANC, but ANC is only at the microphone, so you will unfortunately hear the screaming mother/wife/sister or child: +). So far I'm happy until it dies for whatever reason.
