Do you want to build a customised PC with help from our technicians who will also choose the components for you, or have you already selected the components yourself and you just want to have them professionally set up as part of the PC component assembly service? It's up to you.

We'll build your computer

With the custom built PC service, our technicians will contact you to design a setup according to your needs. If you have already selected components, the technician will only contact you in case of incompatibility as part of the PC component assembly service.

The computer is on its way to you

Once your computer is assembled and tested, we will deliver it to you within 6 business days of commissioning your assembly. You can have your computer sent to one of our stores or directly to your home. *

* We install a demo version of Windows 10 Home on each computer, unless you order a different version with your PC.
You can activate PC at home using a license key, which you must purchase separately.
If you choose home delivery, the delivery time can be extended by a few working days.

AlzaPC and Alza individual service information

The AlzaPC claim processing within 2 hours applies when replacing a component with one that is currently in stock (primarily identical to the original configuration, if not in stock, we choose an alternative equally powerful or more powerful one, in this case we can process the claim within 10 working days), or we replace the AlzaPC with an identical or alternative equally powerful/more powerful one. If the customer does not agree to this condition, the standard 30 day statutory time limit for dealing with a warranty applies.

In the event of a complaint about your Alza PC, we will perform express diagnostics free of charge when the PC is delivered to our showroom in Budapest, under it's warranty period. This eliminates the transit damage risk to the PC and speeds up the entire claim process, which we will resolve through this service within a few hours after receiving the PC. To use this service, please contact our sales representative.

This service is only available for AlzaPC and Alza custom built computers under warranty period.

The express diagnostics of AlzaPCs is performed in the Alza showroom in Budapest - Róbert Károly krt. 54-58, Budapest XIII. district.

Once the computer has been received in our Budapest showroom, our technician will contact the customer within 30 minutes by phone on the number provided, explain what is wrong with the computer and suggest a repair. The diagnostics will be carried out within 30 minutes of the PC being handed over.

The customer always has a choice:
- If it's a software issue, we will resolve it within 120 minutes
- If it is a hardware issue that can be resolved by replacing an in-stock component (original or alternative component), we will resolve the issue in 120 minutes
- If it is a hardware issue where the original or alternative component is not in stock in our Budapest showroom, we will resolve the issue within 10 working days

We reserve the right, in the event of complications, to allow up to 10 working days for processing a claim resolution under the classic AlzaPC Complaints Code.

The service is available daily Monday - Sunday between 9:00 and 18:00, except on the following public holidays (1.1., Easter Monday, 24-26.12.).

Can I supply my own components?

NO, the computer can be build only with new components ordered in our e-shop together with the PC component assembly / custom built PC service within one order.

Can I divide my order into 2 invoices (not to exceed the price of 480000 HUF)

NO, unfortunately there will be only 1 item on the final invoice, Alza Individual PC and Service. The division is therefore not possible.

Is Windows a part of the service?

NO, you must purchase the operating system license yourself. We only pre-install the demo version of the system, which you need to activate at home.

Can I keep the component boxes?

No, unfortunately we do not keep the component boxes because we can't ensure their safe transport to you with no damage. We only keep the motherboard box. All unused accessories (cables, manuals, screws) will be placed in the motherboard box.

Can I return my computer within 14 days?

NO, since it is a custom-made product, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract.

If I buy a PC for business, does a 3 year warranty apply to me?

YES, we stand for the quality of our setups, so we offer the 36 months warranty even to people who buy a computer for their business.

Can I open, clean, replace a component?

YES, we don't seal our assemblies. You can open, clean or even change components as you like. However, changed components are not covered by the warranty and you will void your warranty in case of mechanical damage.
