Place your order on the Alza.hu website and choose personal pick-up at our branch.

Wait for the SMS with the collection code. If the goods meet our criteria, we will redirect the parcel to AlzaWall.

AlzaWall can be opened by entering a code or through the app, just like an Alzabox.

You can pick up your goods any time during opening hours.
Why is my order in AlzaWall?

We have found that your goods meet the necessary criteria (size, price, etc.) to collect them without waiting - at the AlzaWall.

Collecting your goods at AlzaWall is as easy as using a cashmachine or a self-service delivery box. Just enter the code, pick up your order from the box, then close it.
How do I collect my parcel from AlzaWall?

On the touchscreen, enter the code you received via SMS or email.

If you have not paid for your order in advance, use your card at the AlzaWall payment terminal.

Once you have paid for your order, the box in which your parcel is placed will open.

Pick up your parcel. Look at the information on the screen to see if your order was divided into multiple boxes or multiple packages.

Once you have received the parcel, lock the box(es).

When you get to the AlzaWall, open the mobile app and tap the Open AlzaBox button.

Use the app to scan the QR code on the AlzaWall screen.

The box opens and you can collect your parcel. Then all you have to do is close the box.
FAQ
The price is the same as delivery to an Alza branch. You pay no extra cost.
AlzaWall is available during the opening hours of the branch. For more information about opening hours please visit Alza's sales network.
To put it simply, AlzaWall can be described as a bigger AlzaBox located at an Alza branch.
What is the main difference? AlzaWall cannot be selected manually when choosing the delivery method. Your order will be automatically delivered to AlzaWall if you select the branch pick-up option, provided your order meets the criteria such as size, price and other conditions we set.
