AlzaPlus+ Campaign

The company Alza.cz a.s., with its registered office at Jankovcova 1522/53, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, Company ID: 270 82 440, VAT ID: CZ27082440, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 8573, (hereinafter referred to as “Alza”) is organising a marketing campaign titled "AlzaPlus+ Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") from March 09, 2026 00:01 AM, to March 30, 2026 23:59 PM (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period"). The rules and conditions of the Campaign are available at www.alza.hu/alkalmazas-akciok.

Alza notes that the general advertising terms and conditions published at www.alza.hu/reklam also apply to this Campaign.

These terms do not constitute a binding offer or a public invitation to enter into a contract.

The list of products included in the Campaign (hereinafter the “Products”) is published at www.alza.hu/alkalmazas-akciok.

In this Campaign, the term "5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 45%, or 50% discount" (hereinafter referred to as the "Discount") refers to the discount codes "AP5HU", "AP10HU", "AP15HU", "AP20HU", "AP25HU", "AP30HU", "AP45HU", or "AP50HU" (hereinafter referred to as "Discount Codes"). These codes can be used on the www.alza.hu webshop to purchase Products included in the Campaign, subject to stock availability during the Campaign Period.

The Discounts are exclusively available to natural persons with a valid AlzaPlus+ subscription, redeemable via the Alza mobile app or website. The full terms of AlzaPlus+ membership can be found at www.alza.hu/alzaplus.

To receive the Discount, the customer must have an active AlzaPlus+ subscription and use at least one of the Discount Codes when purchasing a qualifying Product via the Alza app or website. The customer must not use any other discount coupons and/or codes and must comply with these participation terms.

The Discount Codes can be reused—meaning they may be applied multiple times during the Campaign Period for Products included in the Campaign, in accordance with these rules.

The Discount can be applied after adding a qualifying Product to the cart by entering the Discount Code into the “Apply Promo/Discount Code or Gift Voucher” field.

Alza reserves the right to limit the quantity of certain Products a single customer may purchase during the Campaign. If such a restriction is in place, the system will automatically prevent the customer from adding more than the allowed quantity of the Product to their cart.

Alza, as a retailer, primarily sells products to individual consumers and structures its promotions with this in mind. Alza explicitly reserves the right to refuse to enter into a contract—and thus reject the order of a buyer who does not qualify as a consumer—if the quantity of a given product ordered exceeds what would normally be considered reasonable for everyday personal use. This ensures that as many individual consumers as possible can benefit from the promotion. In such cases, the customer will be notified via e-mail of the contract refusal, and any amount already paid, either in full or as a deposit, will be refunded.

If a participating customer fulfills the conditions outlined in these terms during the Campaign Period, they are entitled to the Discount off the current price of the qualifying Products at the time of purchase.

Some Products may have limited stock, which is allocated across customers in countries where Alza operates, such as the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, and others.

Alza reserves the right to change the selection of discounted Products throughout the Campaign. Certain Products may be added to or removed from the Campaign over time, meaning they may not be available at a discounted price from the beginning or until the end of the Campaign.

Alza expressly states that the Discount cannot be exchanged for cash, even if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal for the Product to which the Discount was applied. Alza will not refund the value of the Discount in cash to customers who return Products purchased using the Discount.

When ordering Products offered under the Campaign, customers must comply with both Alza’s General Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of this Campaign.

An additional condition for applying the Discount is that the customer must complete the order for the Products included in the Campaign and pay the purchase price. Merely placing the Product(s) in the shopping cart is not sufficient. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, it is enough to finalise the order for the Product and submit it to Alza.

The Discount offered under the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts available on www.alza.hu unless Alza explicitly allows such combination.

A Discount Code is only valid for use during the Campaign Period.

Alza assumes no responsibility for issues caused by third parties (such as internet providers), including but not limited to delays in the transmission of electronic messages.

Alza reserves the right to modify the Campaign’s terms or to terminate the Campaign altogether.

Participants are not entitled to reimbursement for any additional costs incurred in connection with their participation in the Campaign. Alza disclaims all liability for any claims for compensation or indemnification arising from participation in the Campaign, including any errors, shortcomings, malfunctions, or delays related to the Campaign. By taking part in the Campaign, participants expressly waive any claims against Alza or any third party in connection with the organisation of the Campaign or the Discounts provided.

These Campaign rules take effect from the date of their publication and remain valid from that date onward. In case of discrepancies between different versions of the Campaign Rules, the most recently published version on www.alza.hu shall be considered valid and binding.
