How do I choose a watch winder?

There are models with 1, 2, 3, 6 and more wind-up slots, so choose a winder with respect to how many watches you have.

Noise

The winder’s operation should not disturb you while doing any other activities in the same room. Make sure to choose a winder with a good motor and made by a quality manufacturer (such as Mabuchi).

Functions and programs

Some models have multiple winding directions to choose from (clockwise, counterclockwise, both). Most models allow you to choose from several turns-per-day programs.
