The Bergner SG-1503 pressure cooker is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and has a volume of 6 liters. It has an innovative design with unique functional and safety features . It can be set to 2 working pressures for perfect cooking results. The big advantage of the Bergner pot is that it is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The handle of the pressure cooker always stays cool and its ergonomics allow for easy grip and safe carrying. After use, you can wash it in the dishwasher, except for the seal and valve. The surface of the pot is shiny on the outside and matte on the inside, where you will also find a measuring scale.

High safety standard of the DUERO pressure cooker
Total Security System - a unique multiple safety system guarantees your maximum safety when using a pressure cooker. It consists of these 4 structural safety features:
Pressure regulator: The regulator has 4 settings, working I - regulates the working steam pressure to approx. 60 kPa, working II - regulates the working steam pressure to approx. 100 kPa, discharge - serves to completely release the steam pressure and the position used to remove the regulator - serves for cleaning
Safety valve against opening: automatically blocks the opening of the pot if the steam pressure exceeds 4 kPa.
Security window on the side of the lid: Steam pressure may escape through the safety window if the steam regulator and safety valve are not working properly.
Opening button: If you want to open the pressure cooker, you must press this button. If the steam pressure in the pot is dangerously high, this button cannot be pressed and you must wait until the pressure drops below the safe value of 4 kPa. The above-mentioned safety features are linked and secure to each other, which contributes to the high safety standard of this pressure cooker. Two working pressures of 60 / 100 kPa serve to achieve perfect results when cooking various types of dishes while preserving the maximum amount of vitamins and nutritional values. Lower pressure is suitable for e. g. for vegetables, higher pressure e. g. for the masses.
