Quality

Special alloyed stainless steel knives ensure extreme sharpness that lasts long. If used very frequently, they should be regularly sharpened with the Wüsthof honing steel, which helps them remain perfectly sharp. The handle has a metal core and is ergonomic for a secure and comfortable fit. The knives can be washed in the dishwasher, but to preserve the high quality of the tools we recommend you rather wash them with a cloth under hot water and then wipe them dry. The set also includes a handy kitchen beechwood block to protect your knives.
