Automatic Piezo Ignition

This is an integrated system used to ignite the stove's flame without the need for matches or a lighter. Pressing the button activates the so-called piezoelectric effect. This causes a mechanical impact on a special crystal, which generates an electric spark in response to the pressure. This spark jumps across the burner and ignites the escaping gas. This mechanism simplifies the use of the stove, especially in adverse conditions such as wind or humidity, when handling matches is difficult. However, the reliability of the ignition can be affected by moisture or mechanical damage.
