Compression massage

Compression massage is a technique that uses air pressure to massage the body, most commonly the limbs. It is performed using special sleeves containing air chambers. These chambers gradually inflate and and deflate, creating a rhythmic pressure wave that moves along the massaged body part. This process mimics the natural function of the muscle pump and supports both blood and lymphatic circulation. The goal is to improve tissue blood flow, facilitate the drainage of excess fluids, and thereby contribute to faster muscle regeneration after exertion, relief of swelling, or the feeling of "heavy legs." This method is often also referred to as instrumental lymph drainage.
