Full-duplex (simultaneous transmission and reception)

Full-duplex mode allows a transceiver to simultaneously transmit and receive signals. This is a fundamental difference from the more common half-duplex operation, where you have to press a button to speak and cannot hear the other party at that moment. Thanks to full-duplex technology, communication is more natural, similar to a phone call, where both parties can speak and listen at the same time without having to wait for each other. To ensure this function, the transceiver typically uses two separate frequencies, one for transmission and one for reception.
