A warming massage is a function in which a massage device produces heat in addition to the massage itself. Inside the device, there is a heating element that warms the massage heads or other application parts. During the massage, this heat is transferred to the muscles and tissues, aiding their deeper relaxation and improved blood circulation. The combination of heat and mechanical movement can thus more effectively relieve muscle tension and stiffness. The intensity of the heating can be regulated in some models, or the function can be completely switched off.
