The Gallet DES 122 fruit dehydrator will easily dry mushrooms, vegetables, fruit, and meat and herbs. Thanks to the power input of 250 W, you will be able to effortlessly prepare jerky, dried fruit, or herbs and spices. The advantage of the device is that it has 8 trays that will hold just about any kind of food. The dehydration causes the food to lose all moisture, but it keeps its natural flavour and all of its minerals, vitamins and fibres. This Square Gallet DES 122 food dehydrator has a motor integrated into the bottom, which will keep warm air flowing from the bottom upwards. Goods positioned closer to the centre and on the lower trays will thus dry faster than whatever is on the outermost or topmost trays. This means that you'll need to switch the dishes around while drying. The dryer is quite loud, so you might want to use it in a separate room or closet. The manual control with the turning knob is quite intuitive, and you'll be able to use it in no time. This Gallet dehydrator will be the perfect helper in your kitchen.
This particular variant has a temperature regulator, which will make the process easy and quite effective. It will be great for the drying of vegetables, fruits and meats because each food type needs its own specific temperature.
