The Japanese gaming giant, Nintendo, has heeded the call of gamers from all corners of the world and is putting a purebred handheld console on the market. Nintendo Switch Lite is the little brother of the hugely successful Nintendo Switch console. That way you can play the exact same games, but you can no longer connect the console to the TV or disconnect the side joycons.
The Nintendo Switch Lite gaming console fits easily in your pocket. Its dimensions are only 208 × 91 × 14 mm and it weighs 297 grams. It has fixed game controllers on the sides next to the display. You will be pleased with the presence of the classic d-pad on the left side. You can play all the games available in the growing Nintendo Switch library on this device. However, some games must be controlled with separately sold joy-cons.
Keep your family entertained - just set parental locks and you'll have full control over how other users use your Nintendo Switch Lite. You can download a free mobile app, which gives you even more options and a convenient way to change the parental lock settings on your smartphone from anywhere.
Hardware-wise, the Nintendo Switch Lite is identical to the classic Switch. It will offer the NVIDIA Tegra X1 chip complemented by 4GB of RAM and 32GB of flash memory. Of course, the Switch Lite has a microSD card slot and a slot for gaming cartridges. What's different, however, is the touchscreen, which has a 5.5-inch screen size display at the same 1,280×720 pixel resolution.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a charming life simulator that transports you to a deserted island where you can create your own paradise of peace, creativity and friendly animal inhabitants. You can build houses, design interiors and exteriors, grow flowers, catch fish and insects or trade resources. Every day brings new events, visitors and surprises that keep the island changing and evolving. Beautiful visual styling, soft music and a slow pace make New Horizons the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In addition, the social dimension allows you to visit islands of friends and share the joy of discovery with them.
