Our tips for reaching a guaranteed tie
- In UEFI, use kernel voltage settings for manual mode where power is always more effective than offset or adaptive mode.
- In ASUSdesek LLC level 6, use the External Digi + Power Control to prevent unwanted drops in voltages that could interfere with overclocking stability.
- Kaby Lake processors are very sensitive to temperatures, so use minimal-quality AiO water cooling of 240 mm and a high-quality heat conductive paste. The stronger the cooling you get, the better you get. This is related to a well-tuned airflow in your case, if the airflow is not optimal, neither the processor cooler will work as it should.
