Intel Core i7-9700K
Intel launches the 9th generation of its Intel Core processors this time, codenamed Coffee Lake refresh. Basically, it has a very similar architecture to the previous successful Coffee Lake range. However, Intel has worked on various optimizations, resulting in an Intel Core i7-9700K processor that delivers real-world performance while maintaining minimal energy performance. This CPU even has an integrated graphics card, the Intel Graphics UHD 630.
Key features of the Intel Core i7-9700K processor
- Processor with new Coffee Lake refresh architecture
- Turbo mode - automatic clocking up to 4.9 GHz
- Pleasant increase in performance over the previous models in the Coffee Lake range
- The Intel Core i7-9700K has eight powerful kernels
- Compatible with Intel Z370 or Intel Z390 chipset
- Unlocked version ideal for overclocking
- Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 graphics card
- Processor created through the14nm production process
- Excellent price / performance ratio
- This CPU is mounted in socket 1151
One of the best game CPUs today
The Coffee Lake refresh architecture is again based on a 14nm production process. It is immediate obvious that Intel's demanding manufacturing process has resulted a product with utterly stunning perfection. The Intel Core i7-9700K offer an excellent price / performance ratio. For the first time ever, the core i7 came out with eight powerful kernels. The processor core also has a higher working frequency that goes up to the 4.9GHz limit in turbo mode. The CPU uses the well-known 1151 socket and is compatible with Intel Z370 or Intel Z390 chipset motherboards.
Processor with an unlocked multiplier
The Intel Core i7-9700K processor has an unlocked multiplier, which makes it suitable for games with that require further overclocking. All you have to do, is to install a good cooler and have a fast-enough memory. Data access is greatly facilitated by the fast 12MB L3 Cache that gives kernels enough time to instantly respond to all applications. The Intel Core i7-9700K processor is guaranteed to serve as a reliable building block not only for everyday computing, but especially for gaming machines. Now you can even dive into virtual reality or enjoy the most demanding video rendering without any problem.
