This website is intended for users of www.alza.cz and for potential customers of Alza.cz a.s. (registered office: Jankovcova 1522/53, 170 00 Prague 7, VAT ID: 27082440, company registration number at the Municipal Court in Prague: 8573), whom the company aims to reach through advertising and marketing campaigns (hereinafter referred to as “customer”).

Due to the large number and variety of individual advertising and marketing campaigns, Alza.cz informs its customers that the only source of binding information, product prices, and campaign conditions is the website www.alza.cz. The information published on this website at the time the customer confirms the order (usually via a confirmation e-mail or SMS sent to the customer) is decisive and binding.

In the case of printed media, banners, billboards, radio, and television advertisements, data processing errors may occur between Alza as the publisher and its contractual partners handling the advertisements (e.g. outdated prices, etc.), which are not the result of prior negotiations with Alza.cz. Alza.cz is not liable for any typographical or other errors in advertising materials, regardless of format. The images used in advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only, and Alza.cz cannot guarantee that the model, color, or specific product shown in the image exactly matches the advertised product. Therefore, the content of such advertising messages cannot be regarded as a binding offer to enter into a contract on behalf of Alza.cz, as they do not contain the essential elements of a contract as required by Section 1372, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 of the Czech Civil Code.

A similar situation may arise with various promotional portals or price comparison websites, whose operators are not contractual partners of Alza.cz. Accurate and up-to-date prices are always provided by Alza.cz on its official website at www.alza.cz.

For any advertisement that contains an offer, Alza.cz reserves the right to limit the offer until the stock is sold out.

Similarly, in the case of pre-orders (i.e. customer orders placed before the product in question has been officially released), Alza.cz cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill the order due to significant and unforeseen changes in circumstances, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations.
