Complained twice, sent a new piece twice. A bearing always goes out and the saw starts humming and stops cutting. I really only cut the diameters according to the instructions, the chain is not dull or poorly sharpened - I use the original according to the instructions where they don' t even recommend sharpening it, I lubricate every moment as I have and still the same defect. I am happy with Alza products, but this is a really bad product. I wanted to return the money to buy a better one with automatic lubrication on Alza, but they sent a new one the second time: / I would look elsewhere in the future. Which is a shame when I have AlzaTools for almost everything.
