Ergonomically, the drill fits beautifully in the hand and the work is comfortable, it does not slip. The tapping force is ideal and sufficient. The performance is great, but the 2.0 Ah battery is weak for heavy work, it doesn't last, it has to be charged often. I recommend to take 4.0Ah battery.
