it does not charge the gopro 7 if the gopro is recording, the solution is to use the connection without the battery, but it is a complication and one loses recording time what it would still go from the gopro battery (unless as in my case you can change the battery during filming): /

Great for everyday backpacking. It charges really fast. When plugged into the phone and the mains cable, it allows both devices to be charged at the same time. But I wouldn't rely on longer trips, the capacity is really smaller.
Fast charging yourself
Fast charging of other devices
Lightweight, only 100g
Charge indicator
Swivel head with charging port
Smaller capacity

small
foldable
quality
great as an emergency
0.6m USB-C cable included
can be charged without a cable (usb-c connector directly on the powerbank)
does not charge at the claimed 22.5W, but a little slower, about 15W - at least on the Xiaomi 15 Ultra
charges the phone only approx. + - half
the charging speed is not dizzying, but again, neither the device nor the power bank gets noticeably hot

The Anker Powerbank is the absolute perfect backup charging source for travel. It supports PD charging mode, so the phone charges very quickly. The stated capacity of 5000mAh is the capacity of the cell in the powerbank, a phone with a battery capacity of 5000mAh charges from about 55% and these 55% recharges about 35-40 minutes.
Small and compact power bank
Foldable connector-doesn't fit in pocket, backpack
Suitable for backup charging of mobile phone
Support PD mode up to 22.5W
Quality workmanship
Shock-resistant plastic power bank body
