This is what a well-designed and well-made product should look like. That is, except for the too low side walls, which fix the speaker into the bracket - if they were a centimeter higher, nothing would have happened at all. If you have speakers with a non-standard shaped cabinet or with a raised rounded bottom edge, or if you will be mounting larger and heavier speakers with the need to tilt forward, you will need to make a simple extension or use the option to screw the speaker box to the bracket with the supplied small screws. However, this leads to irreversible damage to the sides of the cabinets, so such a procedure will not be for everyone. Of course, there are more alternatives for fixing the speakers to the bracket, but you have to help yourself there. With the smaller Edifier R1280DBS loudspeakers, despite the rounded underside, I was able to get by with just the side panels - you just have to tighten them properly. Fortunately, that's not a problem.

Variability of rotation and tilt of loudspeakers.

Sufficiently massive and relatively long screws (approx. 60mm) and dowels in the package - for non-load-bearing walls in a prefabricated building, however, the screws may be too long and shorter ones should be used.

In the case of suitably shaped loudspeakers, a strong tightening of the side walls is sufficient to fix the cabinet (without the need to fix the loudspeaker with screws into the side walls).

Low enough sides to fix the speakers, especially if they have a rounded bottom edge, unusual shape or are tilted downwards even with the base.

Optional fixation with screws into the side walls of the loudspeakers is only for hardened minds, especially if high quality and more expensive loudspeakers are installed.
