Quite a nice lock, but it doesn' t work with Apple HK yet due to a bug in the firmware and Thread communication. Controlling only through the Aqara application is not very convenient through constant pairing via Bluetooth. Not being able to open a door without a key with a ball on the other side (sometimes it opens sometimes it doesn' t)

Remote management requires a hub, either from Aqara or Apple, but the lock can be configured very well without it.

Alza should send their service partner on Aqara to hell, because the claims process is tragic and 2x returned for no real reason. however, 4 other neighbours have the same problem with this lock after half a year, so probably some kind of general fault and the service partner does not want to claim - or does not want to.
