in other reviews I read a complaint about the strong light which I don't understand, as it is written in the manual, holding the on/off button corrects the light intensity beautifully.
lightweight, nice light, usb charging instead of battery, very easy to bend
none

It swings in all directions and surprisingly holds, it doesn't tend to come back.
The lamp gives off lights like "car daytime running lights".
If I turn it off, I'll make stars for a while.

"No blue component" in the description here means that it glows red. I think it could be stated directly. I use an e-ink reader clipped to my e-ink reader for reading. It can be tilted quite easily so that light does not reflect off the screen surface.
is lightweight
can be bent in all directions
the light is quite strong
lights only in red
