I've only tried the robot a few times so far. Mixing the dough to perfection, slicing the vegetables will take more practice. I think it will be a great helper for both stiff yeast doughs and for cookie baking season. Appearance very nice and at the same time handy fitting accessories so that it does not take up too much space. Due to the weight, it is better to keep it permanently in one place, but of course it can be hidden away for less frequent use. I look forward to further experiments on what this machine can do.

I am very satisfied with the Bosch MUM5 XL72 food processor so far. I especially appreciate the rich accessories that cover a lot of different activities in the kitchen. I was surprised that despite the many functions, the robot has a relatively compact size and does not look chunky on the counter, it has a beautiful cream colour. The design is modern and looks very nice, it fits even in a smaller kitchen. A big plus is the integrated scale, which saves time and space. I haven't tried all the attachments yet (e.g. meat grinder), but what I tried worked without any problems. For me, so far, definitely satisfied and I look forward to further testing.

Bosch (and Siemens) are my favorite brands for the kitchen and bathroom. This is no different with a food processor. The MUM5 series is just the right size, doesn't get stuck on the line and is sufficient for our needs. I have experience with an approx 6 year old MUM5 model, and this one has an extra display for the scale and timer (I would call it more of a stopwatch): The scale works on the entire body of the robot, so not only will it weigh the contents you add to the bowl, but you can put a bowl on your arm and weigh into it. They weigh 5 grams each. On the fly, they don't weigh. The robot's run stopwatch automatically resets after 30 seconds, respectively. then they switch to the scale. So if you switch the robot back on within half a minute, it continues counting, otherwise it runs from 0:00.
