I don't rate the buckle, I rate the alza. I wanted a pawl with aquastop, in the description and in the parameters it is mentioned that it has it, so I ordered it. Alza brought it, unpacked it, they are going to mount it, I see an ordinary hose, like to a worker for 6k. I say it has an aquastop, the experts, yes sir, it does, inside the work. Are you serious, if a hose bursts, how would a sensor in the bucket stop the water shooting out of the hose, do you know what an aquastop is? Sir, it'll be fine, I'll bring another hose tomorrow. I should have had them take it away immediately, my mistake. A week followed, when I called Alza every other day and explained the situation to them and asked for a replacement of the buckle, they did not bring any hose, all the time they convinced me that there was an aquastop in the buckle, one expert bigger than the other. I have already shown them that even BOSH says on its website that AQUASTOP does not have it. Oh and I forgot, I was also persuaded to complain to Bosh service, what they would say, you can imagine. So I understood that this is not the way, I used the 14-day legal period for returning the goods and I returned the buckle. The guys from Alza came, they were supposed to pack the buckle and take it away, I said, where is the packing material, sir, there is no need, they took the buckle away and then they came back for the securing screws, so if I can recommend, don't even buy unpacked goods, because if the drum is transported without securing screws, then everyone can probably imagine how it will turn out. And one piece of advice to conclude, I have a great experience with Bosh, the previous one lasted 13 years, inside like new, if the plate hadn't failed, it would have lasted another 15 years. if you want this buckle, order the type marked A0 instead of A6, otherwise the same number, the price was even cheaper, the equipment is exactly the same, but it has Aquastop. After the problems with the Alza experts, who can't copy the description of the product from the original Bosh website and then can't admit their mistake and replace the buckle, even though I offered to pay for it, I finally bought the buckle from a competitor and I was extremely satisfied, at least there were people who knew what they were installing and how Aquastop works.
