We replaced it with a new one after 11 years (the old one still works). I immediately wondered how it would clean up compared to the old version. I was very surprised that there are not only two filters, but one more hidden behind the service door by the condenser. Cleaning the condenser is much easier now - just flip open the door that holds a couple of magnets, unlock the lid and everything is beautifully accessible. The ability to connect the dryer directly to the drain is also great, so you don't have to pour water out of the tank. Although we had only one sewer connection for the washing machine, it was enough to buy a splitter with flaps from ALCAplast (in UNI Hobby about 200 CZK). For us, a great saving of time, service and money.
