I purchased the watch with the understanding that it was less likely to be lost than a cell phone. In addition, they will only be used occasionally on call. But after four days of testing, I returned them. The battery drains really fast (you can read that on multiple reviews), same with the size being really big. There are only three safe area settings on the map. If the "school" function is turned on, when the child can not use the watch, it does not automatically turn off the sound, vibration. This means that if the child does not turn off/on the sound on the watch, the watch on his/her wrist will ring when a message or call is sent. Positioning's pretty slow. Accuracy is +- 20 meters. Another pain is charging when the connector attaches with a magnet. But he's holding up pretty poorly. A stand would be ideal (there are plans for 3D printing a stand). Another thing is that the child can go into the settings when the watch is unlocked, which is not entirely desirable. Bottom line. I've already got my phone ready to go instead of my watch. Obviously they'll suit some people, but they're very unpolished as far as software goes.
